Knott Ebelini Hart Assists Residents of Haiti

Associate Attorney Kristie Scott and Shareholder George Knott felt a strong desire to help the people of Haiti after Hurricane Matthew.  As a result, Knott Ebelini Hart and the Lee County Bar Association are working together to assist people in need.

Knott Ebelini Hart is collecting the following items, during the week of October 10-14, 2016, and will be delivering the collected items to Love a Child, Inc., a humanitarian organization serving the needs of children in Haiti.  The items needed are as follows:

o   Tarps (sizes from 12x 12, 15×15, 16×24, 24×24, etc.)

o   Shovels, hard rakes, pick axes

o   5 gal buckets w/lids

o   Blankets, linens, towels

o   Food – cooking oil, spaghetti, macaroni, rice, peanut butter

o   Financial Donations made payable to “Love A Child, Inc.”

Items may be dropped off at Knott Ebelini Hart, 1625 Hendry Street, Third Floor, Fort Myers, FL 33901 or at the World Headquarters for “Love A Child, Inc.” at 12411 Commerce Lakes Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33913.

The Lee County Bar Association is spreading the word to the legal community in Lee County and will be collecting financial donations made payable to “Love A Child, Inc.” on Friday, October 14, 2016 at the Pro Bono Awards Luncheon
