Daniel S. Adler
Prior to joining the firm, Dan Adler served in the Office of the General Counsel at the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Before his federal service, he worked as In-House Counsel for Millennium Physician Group, supporting legal and operational strategy with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, and patient-centered care. He also served on the Board of Directors of Lee Health, a nationally recognized non-profit hospital system, contributing to its Finance & Investment and Community Health Improvement Committees.
Dan earned his undergraduate degree from Rollins College and his law degree from the Appalachian School of Law. During law school, he served as President of the Student Bar Association and as a Senior Staff Member of the Appalachian Natural Resources Law Journal. He later completed his LLM in Business and Finance at The George Washington University Law School and is a proud Wolverine as a student of the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Dan is admitted to practice before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Dan is active in community service, including tutoring underprivileged youth in Southwest Florida and supporting the Bobby Nichols Fiddlesticks Charity Foundation. He has also volunteered with the Harry Chapin Food Bank and the American Heart Association Heart Ball, where he served on the Executive Leadership Team.
Dan married his high school sweetheart, and they are raising their two young children in Fort Myers with their Old English Sheepdog, Larry.
