Any text messages exchanged are treated with the same confidentiality standards as other forms of client communication. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text message content with third parties, except as required by law or with client consent.

Standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply when using text messaging.

Documents uploaded through such services are used solely for the purpose of providing legal services or carrying out related administrative functions. Access to uploaded materials is limited to authorized firm personnel involved in the relevant matter. We recommend that you use only firm-approved upload links provided directly by your attorney and avoid transmitting confidential information through unencrypted email.

We may disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or professional-conduct obligations, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the firm, our clients, or others.
