Thomas B. Hart

Thomas Hart is a Florida Board Certified Real Estate Attorney concentrating his practice in real estate, government, and community association law. He holds an AV Preeminent® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest level of professional excellence.

As a Fort Myers native, Tom served for 25 years as General Counsel to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections. He currently serves as General Counsel to the Herons Glen Recreation District, the Lee County Industrial Development Authority, the Renaissance Community Development District, Legends Golf & Country Club Master Association, Shadow Wood Community Association, and the Mediterra Community Association.

Before pursuing his law degree, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Harts Dairy, Inc. of Fort Myers. He currently serves as an elected member of the Lee County Mosquito Control District.
