Associate Receives Active Title Agent Status
Associate attorney William “Max” Ferris is now a member of Attorneys’ Title Fund Services and an active title agent with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. These credentials give Max the authority to issue title commitments, policies and closing protection letters.
Max joined Knott Ebelini Hart as an associate in 2023 and will concentrate his practice in the areas of business, commercial and construction litigation.
Max is a member of the Florida Bar, Lee County Bar, and American Bar Associations. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, graduating Cum Laude.
