George W. Gift, III

George W. Gift, III is a Florida Board Certified Construction Law Attorney based in Fort Myers, Florida, whose practice focuses on construction litigation, business litigation, contract disputes, and commercial collections. He also advises clients on real estate matters and serves as an approved title insurance agent with Attorneys’ Title Fund Services.

A lifelong resident of Southwest Florida, George has deep roots in the community and a firsthand understanding of the region’s business and construction industries. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida before receiving his Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida.

George has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in Construction Litigation from 2022 through 2024 and 2026. Known for his thorough preparation, practical approach, and persistence, he works closely with his clients to understand their objectives and develop effective strategies tailored to each matter.
