Knott Ebelini Hart offers a variety of benefits for our staff members, including health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, health savings accounts, profit sharing/401(k) plan, paid time off, continuing education and more.
Medical Insurance
Full-time employees have the option of choosing between a High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account feature or a Co-Pay Plan. Both plans include wellness programs and health support services at no cost. Knott Ebelini Hart currently pays 100% of the cost of medical coverage for the High Deductible Health Plan and covers a generous portion of the Co-Pay Plan premium. The firm also contributes to employees’ health savings accounts on a monthly basis.
Long-Term Disability
The firm offers a voluntary long-term disability plan to eligible full-time employees. Employees pay the premium for their long-term disability coverage.
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
Full-time employees are provided with basic life and add insurance coverage in the amount of $25,000. The firm pays the premium for this coverage which includes a reduced benefit for spouse and children.
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Knott Ebelini Hart offers a HSA option with company contribution for those who participate in the high deductible health insurance option.
Annual Paid Time Off
Employees accrue paid time off based on years of service. Employees accrue eighteen days of paid time off during their first year of employment.
Holidays
The Firm is closed for nine holidays per year.
Parking
Parking is provided to employees at no cost.
Profit Sharing / 401(K) Plan
Employees are enrolled in the 401(K)/Profit Sharing Plan after one year of employment. Employee contributions are made by payroll deduction and can be either pre-tax or post-tax (Roth).
Continuing Education
Knott Ebelini Hart encourages career development by providing employees with access to courses, certifications, seminars & conferences that will enhance job skills and knowledge.
