H. Andrew Swett is a shareholder of Knott, Consoer, Ebelini, Hart & Swett, P.A., and concentrates his practice in criminal and civil litigation.

Andrew became a member of the Florida Bar in 1990, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1992. He is a member of the Lee County Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, American Bar Association, Litigation Section, and the Federal Bar
Association.

Andrew received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Jacksonville University, and his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Prior to joining the law firm of Knott, Consoer, Ebelini, Hart & Swett, P.A., he worked for approximately five years as an
Assistant State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit where he handled complex and major felony litigation cases.

Andrew has served his community as President of the Greater Fort Myers Soccer Club, Vice President of the McGregor Clinic, a member of the Board of Directors of the Kiwanis Club, and a member on the Board of Christian Education at St. Michael Lutheran School. He also coaches youth soccer teams for the Greater Fort Myers Soccer Club and baseball at Fort Myers American Little League Association. In addition, he helps teach second and third grade Sunday school at St. Michael Lutheran Church.
