Thomas B. Hart is a shareholder of Knott, Consoer, Ebelini, Hart & Swett, P.A., and practices in the areas of land use, real estate, governmental, environmental and homeowner association law. He is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar.

Tom was admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 1988, the U.S. Court of appeals for the 11th Circuit, and is a member of the Lee County and the American Bar Associations.

Tom graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology and received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. Tom is a Fort Myers native and, prior to entering law school, was Chief Executive Officer of Harts Dairy, Inc., of Fort Myers.

Tom serves his community as an elected Board member of the Lee County Mosquito Control District, and is the Past President of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, and Past Chairman of the Lee County Horizon Council. He also received the Lifetime Member Award in 2001 from the Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association and was the State Economic Development Volunteer of the Year in 1998.
