Shareholder to Speak at Florida Structural Engineers Association Seminar
George H. Knott, senior shareholder of Knott Ebelini Hart, has been invited by the Florida Structural Engineers Association to speak at “A Discussion on Florida Statute 558.0035 – Design Professionals and Contractual Limitations of Liability” seminar in Fort Myers, Florida on Thursday, August 20, 2015. George, who is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and Business Litigation, will provide a detailed discussion of the applicability of the Construction Defect Statute with an emphasis on design professionals and the contractual limitations on liability.
George leads the firm’s litigation practice and concentrates his practice in a wide variety of business, construction and general litigation.
The seminar will be located at the Four Points Sheraton, 13600 Treeline Avenue S., Fort Myers, Florida 33913.
