Shareholder Recognized in Florida Legal Elite
George H. Knott, senior shareholder of Knott Ebelini Hart, was recently recognized in the 2013 edition of Florida Trend’s Florida Legal EliteTM. The list of 1,228 honorees, published in the July issue of Florida Trend magazine, includes attorneys in private practice as well as top government and non-profit attorneys.
Actively practicing Florida attorneys were asked to name the attorneys that they hold in highest regard as professionals – lawyers with whom they have personally worked and would recommend to others. Florida Bar President Eugene K. Pettis notes, “In an ever crowded profession, it’s even more important to the public and to the profession to identify exceptional attorneys; Florida Legal Elite is a great resource for this task.”
George is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Civil Trial Lawyer and as a Board Certified Business Litigation Lawyer. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business and construction litigation and is Certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Mediator. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, GA.
