DERRICK S. EIHAUSEN

Derrick S. Eihausen is an associate of Knott, Consoer, Ebelini, Hart & Swett, P.A., and practices in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate, real estate, estate planning, probate and taxation law.

Derrick became a member of the Florida Bar in 2002. He participates in the Florida Bar Sections of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, Elder Law and Taxation Law. He is also a member of the Lee County Bar Association and American Bar Association, where he participates in the Taxation Section. Derrick is an approved title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company and Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Derrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma and attended the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. While he was a student at the University of Tulsa College of Law, Derrick earned the C.A.L.I. Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law and served as the Business and Managing Editor of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative and International Law.
