MARK A. EBELINI

Mark A. Ebelini is a shareholder of Knott, Consoer, Ebelini, Hart & Swett, P.A., and practices in the areas of real estate and land use litigation, administrative law, eminent domain, and appellate practice.

He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1986 and participates in the Florida Bar Sections of Environmental and Land Use Law, Administrative Law, Appellate Practice and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law. Mark has presented appeals to the Florida Supreme Court, the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and several Florida district courts of appeal.

Mark graduated, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management. He also received his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law, where he earned a Dean’s Letter of Achievement in Family Law.
