DAVID A. BURT
David A. Burt is an associate of Knott, Consoer, Ebelini, Hart & Swett, P.A. and focuses his practice in real property and commercial litigation and appeals. He is admitted to practice before all state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
David became a member of the Florida Bar in 2001 and is a member of the Appellate Practice Section and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. David is a Member Agent of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund. He is also a member of the Lee County Bar Association, the
American Bar Association, and the ABA Section of Litigation and Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.
He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
David serves his community as an active member of Kiwanis Club of Fort Myers.
