THOMAS B. HART
Thomas B. Hart is a shareholder of Knott Ebelini Hart and practices in the areas of land use, real estate, homeowner association law, governmental and environmental. He is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by the Florida Bar.
Tom is admitted to the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the United States Supreme Court, and is a member of the Lee County and the American Bar Associations.
Tom graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology and received his Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Florida College of Law. He is a Fort Myers native and, prior to entering law school, was Chief Executive Officer of Harts Dairy, Inc., of Fort Myers.
Tom serves his community as an elected Board member of the Lee County Mosquito Control District, and is the Past President of the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce, and Past Chairman of the Lee County Horizon Council. He currently serves as General Counsel to the Lee County Supervisor of Elections, the Herons Glen Recreation District, Pelican Landing Community Association, the Fiddlesticks Country Club, and the Mediterra Community Association.
