David A. BurtDBurt@knott-law.com

David A. Burt is an associate of Knott Ebelini Hart and focuses his practice in real estate transactions and litigation. He is admitted to practice before all state courts of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

David was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2001 and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and the Appellate Practice and Advocacy Section. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and Section of Litigation, as well as the Lee County Bar Association. David is also a member of Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund and a title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.

David received his Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.

David serves his community as an active member of Kiwanis Club of Fort Myers.
